Annual Waverly Hills Children's Costume Parade. Show off your costume (or your dog's costume), get some treats, and see your neighbors! Note that this year's parade location will be on N Upton St between 18th and 19th Streets North because of the upgrades being performed to Woodstock Park.

About the Event
Come Dressed in your Halloween Costume! The parade begins at 3:15pm and starts on the 19th St end of Upton. Prizes from Child’s Play for Best Girl, Best Boy, and Most Creative as well as Woof Gang Dog Grooming and Bakery for Best Dog Costume.
Free Pizza from Old Dominion Pizza after the parade while it lasts. Please bring your own water/soft drinks.
