The Arlington community is invited to a grand opening event on Saturday, April 26 to celebrate the completion of Fire Station No. 8. This event will mark the end of more than 2 years of construction to build the station needed to support the County's Fire and Emergency Medical Service program needs.

About the Event
The Arlington community is invited to a grand opening event on Saturday, April 26 at 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. to celebrate the completion of Fire Station No. 8. This event will mark the end of more than two years of construction to build the station needed to support the County's Fire and Emergency Medical Service program needs.
Parking near the Fire Station is extremely limited. Carpool, rideshare or public transportation (ART Bus 55) is recommended. There will be a designated drop-off zone at Langston-Brown Community Center (2121 N. Culpeper St.). Street parking may be available; please observe all posted signage and be respectful of neighbors’ driveways and local businesses. Towing may be enforced.
