Arlington County’s contractor will perform regular concrete maintenance in the Waverly Hills neighborhood as part of the Water, Sewer and Streets Concrete Zone Maintenance Program. This program runs from mid-July 2025 to June 2026.

About the Event
Arlington County’s contractor will perform regular concrete maintenance in the Waverly Hills neighborhood as part of the Water, Sewer and Streets Concrete Zone Maintenance Program. The maintenance work will focus on replacing concrete under the following criteria:
• Sidewalk that has settled more than half an inch
• Settled curb and gutter which does not allow for effective drainage
• Spalled or damaged catch basin tops
• Spalled or damaged sidewalk, curb, and gutter
• Damaged accessibility curb ramps
