The 2.79-acre (121,548-square-foot) site is located at 2134 North Taylor Street in the Waverly Hills neighborhood. The site is currently occupied by single-family dwellings and accessory dwellings. The site is bordered by the Horizon Apartments to the north, Stoneridge Knoll Condominiums and Taylor Street Condominiums to the east, Yorktown Condominiums to the west, and townhomes and low-density commercial businesses to the south., Arlington, VA 22207
The applicant, Cherry Hill Ridge Investment LLC, proposes the construction of 47 townhouse units and a new public space. The proposed density is approximately 0.91 floor area ratio (FAR). This is a major site plan amendment to an approved site plan at the subject site, Artis Senior Living.
There will be an online engagement opportunity from the community available between December 1st and December 10th followed by Site Plan Review Committee meetings in early 2026.
