Waverly Hills is a dynamic, welcoming neighborhood in North Arlington, VA. The Waverly Hills Civic Association (WHCA) is a not-for-profit civic organization that represents the interest of our neighborhood.

Washington-Liberty High School Synthetic Field Replacement
The Department of Parks and Recreation is replacing the synthetic turf on the rectangular field at Washington-Liberty High School. As a result, the field will be closed for construction starting Monday, 11/27/2023. While the field will be under construction, the track will remain open to the public. The project should take about 45 days and will include replacement of the synthetic turf and infill, installation of netting, and updates to the surrounding drainage system.
